After breakfast, set off for Cherrapunji, well known for receiving one of the highest rainfall in the world. Cherrapunjee is locally known as Sohra and is situated at a distance of 56 kms from Shillong. On the way is the Mawkdok Valley which is a very prominent sightseeing for tourists. Then on the way we visit the Nohsngithiang falls (Seven sister falls) which is known to be the symbol of the Unity of the Seven States of North East India. Then visit the Dainthlen Waterfalls, Natural rock carvings of the episode draw visitors to see the image of the Thlen, the symbol of greed, corruption and evil. After that visit the Nohkalikai Falls which is the tallest plunge waterfall in India. Its height is 1115 feet (340 metres). Later than we visit the Mawsmai cave, a major crowd puller that leaves tourists spellbound. After trekking in the majestic cave we move for Eco Park, which hosts several hybrid and indigenous orchids. It also offers a breathtaking view of distant Sylhet Plains of neighboring Bangladesh.

Double Decker Root Bridge, Maghalaya’s most famous root bridge can be found in the vicinity of the wettest place Cherrapunji. Today we will trek down to one of the miraculous place in Meghalaya, the Living Root Bridge. The bridge is situated downhill to the Village, Umshiang and can only be reached by walking down the hill. Though the journey to the bridge is exhaustingbut it’s worth it when you reach the place. It will take us 4-5 five hours to take round trip of the bridge. After the determined journey we will head back to our hotel and overnight stay at Cherrapunji.

In the morning get ready to take explore the Mawlynnong Village.
Mawlynnong/Mawlynnong Village located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, also referred as ‘God’s own garden’ has won the acclaim of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. Visit the Living Root Bridge in the nearby village of Rawai. The village also offers a sight of natural balancing rock, a strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. From Mawlynnong one can see the Indo-Bangladesh Border. After some time we travel for Dawki in the East Jaintia Hills, on arrival is the Umngot River where the water is crystal clear and is said to be one of the clearest river in India. The journey from Mawlynnong to Dawki is thrilling and scenic as we pass through lush green valleys and waterfalls peddling down from every corner of the hills. We will take a boat ride which is the most astonishing thing to do in Dawki.

In the morning after breakfast we will depart for Jowai. Situated in the Amlarem Civil sub-division in jowai, Meghalaya, krang suri is a spectacular waterfall that provides an amazing bird's eye view of the entire location. No nature lover and adventure enthusiast can afford to miss this breath-taking milky white waterfall which is a tourist's delight. This entire region is studded with visuals that take ones breath away and its sapphire blue skies are a sight to see at night. Then visit Nartiang Monoliths a gem of Jowai, full of rich history. The monoliths at Nartiang belong from stone-age and were carried back and erected here to mark the reigns of Jaintia Kings. Then we will visit the Laitlum Canyons, Nestled in the embrace of majestic hills and valleys, in one such spot from where the vast, verdant and fascinating panorama of Meghalaya could be viewed and admired.

In the morning after the breakfast we will Depart for Mawsynram. On the way visit the Shillong peak, located in the upper Shillong from where one can see the beauty of Shillong city under the clouds giving a perfect picturesque view of the city. After a while we head to the Elephanta falls, the water of this three steps falls comes down in flows from different levels over the fern-covered rocks and falls into the canyon down below. Then visit the Sacred Forest, Mawphlang which showcases the cultural beauty of the Meghalaya tradition. After spending some quality time we will head for Mawsynram which, the journey to Mawsynram will make you mesmerize by the scenic beauty of the Khasi hills. On arrival devote your time to the Shivling situated under a cave which give the shivling shelter and the arena looks like a temple of the god.

In the morning after the breakfast we will take a day trip of Shillong. First visit the Don Bosco Museum where one can see the historical monuments of the ancient Meghalaya culture. Then visit the Lady Hydri Park, this place gives you a combination of Park - Zoo - Botanical Garden. After that you will be transferred Guwahati. On arrival visit the Alfresco Cruise Ride which will take you to the middle of the Brahmaputra River. Later retire for the night and overnight stay at Guwahati.
